2. Refund and Return Policy

1.1 The Lurid Gallery ("Lurid") currently offers digital art for purchase. Physical prints may be introduced later, fulfilled by our trusted production providers. All purchases are processed through ClickBank, which governs payment and refund processing.
1.2 Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of purchase, in accordance with ClickBank’s policies, for both digital and print items.
2. Refunds for Digital Products
2.1 Digital items are non-refundable unless there is a technical fault (e.g., corrupted files or delivery failure).
2.2 Customers experiencing technical issues must contact Lurid via our Feedback Portal with their Lurid Order ID and a description of the issue.
2.3 Upon verification, refunds will be processed through ClickBank, which may take up to 10 business days to complete.
3. Refunds for Physical Products (when available)
3.1 Physical prints, when offered, will be fulfilled by trusted production providers. Returns are handled according to the trusted production providers’s fulfilment process and ClickBank’s 60-day refund window.
3.2 Customers must contact Lurid before sending any items. Lurid will provide return instructions and labels when applicable. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
3.3 Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported immediately upon receipt. Lurid and its trusted production providers will work to resolve the issue.
4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
4.1 At this time, all digital items are considered non-returnable unless technical faults occur.
4.2 Physical prints may have conditions for return once offered, but custom or personalized products are generally non-returnable unless defective.
5. Refund Process

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Right
